Philippians 3:20, " For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,"
I am a citizen of heaven, and carrying out my duty as a citizen of heaven and follower of Jesus, first, informs, influences, and shapes the way I carry out my duty as a citizen of the nation God has planted me in. The same applies to you, Spirit-filled believer of God.
What we do in the Spirit and by the Spirit shapes and influences what happens in our nation and the world. We pray, "on earth as it is in heaven."
