The Lord is warning us about celebrity news. How do you know that He's warning you? Here are warning signs after you have read, watched, or listened to celebrity news:

• You experience anxiety

• You are frustrated or angry for no reason

• You feel unsettled

• You have disturbing dreams

• You find it difficult to focus

• You spend more time in the news than in His Word

From Kanye West to Blake Lively to Sean Combs and all other celebrities, their lives portrayed through media outlets are simply a distraction and a channel the enemy uses to stir up fear, anger, lust, anxiety, and the like.

If this message is for you, I encourage you to stop engaging with celebrity news and get in God's Word instead; fill your time with people and things that are uplifting and encouraging to your soul. God always confirms His word.
