As Founder & CEO of Concept to Culture, she brings a Master's in Organizational Leadership and certifications in Change Management and Leadership Coaching to every engagement. She partners with leaders and operators from the farm to the office to transform complex challenges into real, sustainable results, building capacity, capability, and cultures where people and organizations thrive.
She also co-pastors a home church, speaks at conferences nationwide, and is passionate about one thing above all: equipping women to know, grow, and walk boldly in their purpose. She does life joyfully with her husband and goes wherever people need to be connected, developed, and set free to lead.

As President of Concept to Culture and a marketplace chaplain and coach for chaplains, he brings a rare blend of operational leadership, spiritual grounding, and hard-won wisdom to every room he enters. He serves as a trusted business chaplain in the local community and co-pastors a home church alongside his spouse Christina, leading with the conviction that faith and work were never meant to be separate. A compelling speaker, Carlos shares his personal testimony with honesty and power, equipping others to face their own challenges with courage and clarity.
