I’m Christina, Founder & CEO of Concept to Culture, an OD consultant, certified change management practitioner, and leadership coach. ​

I partner with leaders and operators from the farm to the office to turn complex challenges into tangible results, helping businesses of all sizes build capacity, capability, and achieve leadership, team, and organization development while enhancing the customer experience.
​
I also co-pastor a home church, speak at conferences, and am passionate about teaching and equipping women, young and old, to know, grow, and walk in their purpose. I enjoy life with my husband and finding joy in building strong people connections wherever I go.

President
Carlos serves as President of Concept to Culture, bringing a unique blend of business insight and spiritual guidance to the organization. He is a trusted business chaplain in the local area and is co-pastor of a home church alongside Christina, his spouse.

A passionate faith-based teacher and speaker, Carlos shares his personal testimony of many challenges he has overcome to inspire and equip others in both personal and professional growth. As President, he oversees operations while ensuring the company’s values and culture are lived out in every people engagement.
